摘  要:新时代高校思想政治教育不仅要抓住课堂教育这个"主渠道"和学生日常这个"主阵地",还要将二者融合,充分发挥协同育人效应。但目前高校在"主渠道"和"主阵地"协同育人中存在认知不精准、协同育人实践短缺、协同育人方式方法落后等问题。高校思想政治教育要想发挥二者协同育人效应,必须建立健全思政工作管理和运行机制,建立健全"主渠道"教育和"主阵地"教育教师的共建互动与交流机制,建立健全"主渠道"和"主阵地"教育内容的融合机制,建立健全学生综合素质的动态化全过程考评机制。In the new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities should not only seize the“main channel”of classroom education and the“main position”of students daily life,but also integrate the two to give full play to the synergistic effect of education.But at present,there are some problems in the“main channel”and“main position”of collaborative education,such as inaccurate cognition,lack of practice of collaborative education,and backward methods of collaborative education.Ideological and political education in order to exert the coordination education effect,must establish and improve the ideological work of management and operation mechanism,establish and improve the“main channel”education and“main position”education teachers to build interactive and communication mechanism,establish and improve the“main channel”and“main position”education content integration mechanism,establish and improve the whole dynamic process of students comprehensive quality evaluation mechanism.
