摘 要:中等职业学校学前教育专业培养方案是培养幼儿园教师的依据。本文以20所中等职业学校学前教育专业培养方案文本为研究对象,通过对培养方案的分析发现,中等职业学校学前教育专业培养方案的培养类型定位不准、培养规格表述不完整、课程设置缺少系统性和专业性、专业实践课理论与实践割裂及教学保障不足等问题,在此基础上提出准确定位培养类型、完整表述培养规格、调整课程开设结构、构建实践教学体系和加强教学保障的建议,以提高中等职业学校学前教育专业人才培养质量,促进幼儿教育健康发展。The preschool education program in secondary vocational schools is the basis for cultivating kindergarten teachers.This paper takes 20 preschool education professional training programs as the research object.Through the analysis of the training programs,it is found that the training program for preschool education in secondary vocational schools is cultivated.The type is beyond the actual,the training specification is incomplete,the curriculum is lack of systematic and professional,the theory and practice of the professional practice class is separated,and the teaching guarantee is insufficient.On this basis,the correct positioning training type,the complete expression training specification,and the adjustment course are proposed.Suggestions for opening a structure,constructing a practical teaching system,and strengthening teaching guarantees to improve the quality of preschool education professionals in secondary vocational schools and promote the healthy development of early childhood education.
