摘　　要：为科学、全面、准确地反映油气田开发过程中地面工艺技术水平、管理水平和投资效果,需要科学设计油气田技术经济指标体系框架。通过对油气田类型的划分,对应搭建由中国石油总体和油气田类型层次构成的框架,并在分析现阶段地面工程主要技术经济指标的基础上,修正和补充现行指标,满足新的需求。以此设计油气田地面工程技术经济指标框架体系,确定不同类型油气田地面工程技术经济的指标构成。To scientifically reflect the technical merit,managerial level,and investment performance in oil and gas process development,it is necessary to design a framework for technical and economic index system of oil and gas fields.The framework has been set up based on different types of oil and gas fields.The main existing technical and economic indexes for surface facilities were updated to meet new requirements.Hereby,the new technical and economic index system framework was established.
