运用模型外科治疗上颌骨矢状骨折1例并文献回顾

摘　　要：目的上颌骨矢状骨折较为少见,但复位及恢复咬合困难,该文探讨运用模型外科治疗上颌骨矢状骨折的手术方法。方法通过2015年6月就治于芜湖市第一人民医院口腔科1例上颌骨Le Fort骨折伴矢状骨折的病例,运用自行设计的外科导板成功在术中进行骨折复位,取得了很好的治疗效果。结果病人手术后面型,咬合关系恢复良好,稳定。结论针对Moss第一分类的上颌骨矢状骨折,运用模型外科技术可以准确对位咬合关系,复位上颌骨矢状骨折,是一种方便简洁的复位方法。Objective Maxillary fractures most frequently occur as a result of high energy trauma from accidents,and sagittal maxillary fractures are less common than Le Fort fractures in maxillary,moreover,reduction and occlusion recovery of sagittal maxillary fractures was difficult.This study is to explore the feasibility of using model surgery technique for the management of sagittal maxillary fractures.Methods One patient suffering from maxillary Le Fort fracture and sagittal fracture was treated in the Department of Stomatology of The First People's Hospital in June 2015.We successfully used self-designed surgical plate to achieve fracture reduction.Results After surgery,the patient had satisfactorily restored preinjury facial forms and stable occlusal relationship.Conclusion Using model surgery technique for reduction Moss type one maxillary sagittal fracture is a convenient method.
