摘  要:目的:观察头针联合行为疗法治疗孤独症患儿的临床效果及对患儿心理、智能和行为能力的影响。方法:选取孤独症患儿80例,随机分成对照组和实验组各40例,对照组给予行为疗法干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予头针治疗,比较两组干预前后患儿心理、智能、行为能力的变化及临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组心理教育量表(PEP-3)评分、图片词汇量表(PPVT)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)。结论:头针联合行为疗法治疗儿童孤独症效果显著,对于患儿的心理、智能和行为能力具有较好的改善作用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of scalp acupuncture combined with behavioral therapy in children with autism and the impact on children s psychological,intellectual and behavioral abilities. Methods Eighty children were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 patients in each group. The control group received behavioral therapy intervention. The observation group on the basis of scalp acupuncture treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups,the psychological,intellectual and behavioral changes of the children before and after the intervention were compared. Results After treatment,the PEP-3 score and the Picture Vocabulary Scale (PPVT) scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05),and the Autism Behavior Scale (ABC) score was significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.0%)( P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of scalp acupuncture and behavioral therapy for children with autism has a significant effect on children s psychological,intellectual and behavioral abilities.
