止颤定震汤治疗帕金森的疗效及用药安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析止颤定震汤治疗帕金森的疗效及用药安全性。方法按照随机数字表法将2017年1月—2018年5月该院收治的56例帕金森患者分成两组,每组28例。对照组患者接受西药常规治疗,观察组则在常规治疗的基础上加服止颤定震汤治疗。治疗18周后,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应发生情况及两组治疗前后帕金森氏病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分变化。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(92.86%vs 67.86%),对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.543,P=0.019);观察组UPDRS量表各项评分均明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.591,P=0.000;t=2.629,P=0.011;t=3.007,P=0.004;t=3.798,P=0.000)。两组患者总不良反应发生率(3.57%vs 10.71%)对比差异无统计学意义(P=0.611)。结论止颤定震汤辅助治疗帕金森效果显著,且治疗安全性较高。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Zhichandingzhen Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods 56 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment with western medicine,and the observation group received the treatment of Zhichandingzhen Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.After 18 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment,and the changes in the UPDRS scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.86%vs.67.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.543,P=0.019).The scores of the UPDRS scale of the observation group were obvious.Below the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.591,P=0.000;t=2.629,P=0.011;t=3.007,P=0.004;t=3.798,P=0.000).The incidence of total adverse reactions(3.57%vs.10.71%)different was not statistically significant between the two groups(P=0.611).Conclusion Zhichandingzhen Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of Parkinson's disease,and the treatment is safe.
