摘　　要：目的研究泪道探通术治疗小儿先天性泪道阻塞的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年6月～2018年10月收治的94例小儿先天性泪道阻塞患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各47例。研究组采取泪道探通术,对照组采取常规治疗。比较两组的治疗结果。结果研究组的总有效率为93.62%,明显高于对照组的80.85%(P<0.05);研究组的泪道功能恢复及进行恢复治疗时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率为4.26%,复发率为6.38%,明显低于对照组的14.89%、19.15%(P<0.05)。结论泪道探通术治疗小儿先天性泪道阻塞的效果明显,可缩短治疗时间,促进泪道功能快速恢复,减少不良反应的发生,安全性高,降低复发率,为预后提供保障。Objective To study the clinical effect of probing lacrimal passage treating congenital lacrimal passage obstruction in children.Methods All of 94 children with congenital lacrimal passage obstruction treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2018 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to the random digital table method,47 cases in each group.The study group was treated with lacrimal passage probing,while the control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group(93.62% )was significantly higher than control group(80.85% )(P<0.05).The recovery time of lacrimal passage and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.26% ,and the recurrence rate was 6.38% in the study group,which was significantly lower than 14.89% and 19.15% in the control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Lacrimal passage probing is effective treating congenital lacrimal passage obstruction in children.It can shorten the treatment time,promote the rapid recovery of lacrimal duct function,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,have high safety,reduce the recurrence rate,and provide a guarantee for prognosis.
