摘 要:广域测量系统(WAMS,Wide-Area Measurement System)给提高大规模互联电网的小干扰稳定性提供了新的手段。文中针对其中普遍存在的时滞丢包现象,用数学期望的方法建立了其统一的数学模型,推导出考虑丢包的等效时滞,从而量化了丢包对小干扰稳定的影响。基于此模型,结合状态观测器和时滞依赖状态反馈鲁棒控制,充分考虑时滞的随机性,进行附加阻尼控制器设计。以两区四机系统和某大电网为算例,对不同的丢包率和时滞以及按照不同模型进行仿真,仿真结果验证了模型的正确性。所设计的阻尼控制器能够充分考虑时滞丢包的综合特性,有较好的鲁棒性,这对抑制区域间振荡和应用广域测量系统有着重要的意义和参考价值。The WAMS (Wide-Area Measurement System) provides a new method to improve the small disturbance stability of large-scale interconnected power grids. This paper builds the unified mathematical model of time-delay and data-loss which are ubiquitous in WAMS through their mathematical expectations, thus the quantitative result of data-loss is obtained to qualify its effect on small disturbance stability. Based on the model, combining theories of delay-dependent state-feedback robust control and state observer, the additional damping controller is designed which can adequately consider the stochasticity of time-delay. Simulations are carried out iN2A4M system and a big power grid with different time-delays, data-loss ratios and models. The simulation results demonstrate the correctness of the proposed model. The designed damping controller can take the comprehensive characteristics of time-delay and data-loss into account and has a strong robustness, which has a prominent significance on the inhibition of low frequency and application of WAMS to large-scale power systems.
