摘  要:直流大电流精确测量在多个领域有着广泛应用需求,磁场干扰和校准技术等因素一直以来制约着直流大电流互感器校准精度的提高。文中对现有的自平衡式直流大电流互感器自校准方法存在的问题进行分析,提出一种直流大电流互感器等磁通自校准方法,分析了自平衡式直流大电流互感器等磁通自校准方法的原理和误差,推导了误差传递公式,评定了标准不确定度,该方法具有初级绕组漏磁影响固定,校准误差不确定度小,扩展量程快等优点,优化后算法在综合性能上有大幅提高,同时具有了非常强的抗干扰能力,克服了等安匝法、参考绕组法、加法和乘法自校准的校准状态和使用状态不一致的缺陷,能够在实际工作状态下实现电流比例标准的高准确度、高效率扩展,更能够满足现阶段对直流电流互感器的校准需求。Accurate measurement of DC high current has been widely used in many fields. The improvement of calibration accuracy of DC high current transformer has been restricted by many factors such as magnetic field interference and calibration technology. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the self-calibration method of self-balancing DC high current transformer and proposes an equal flux self-calibration method. The error transfer formula is deduced and the standard uncertainty is evaluated by analyzing the principle and error of flux self-calibration methods of self-balancing DC high current transformer. The results show that this method has the advantages of fixed primary winding flux leakage effect, small calibration error uncertainty and fast expansion range, which can achieve high accuracy and high efficiency expansion of current ratio standard under actual working conditions and is more able to meet the current needs of DC current transformer calibration as well.
