摘 要:针对小型四旋翼无人机对于调速系统体积小、质量轻、效率高、可靠性好及性能提升的要求,设计了一种基于STM32F103的闭环调速控制系统。首先简述了无传感器无刷直流电机运行的原理,接着介绍了以STM32F103芯片为核心的驱动电路设计,包括反电动势检测电路、光耦隔离电路、推挽电路和逆变电路。详细介绍了电机调速控制、过电流保护和外部调速信号检测的软件功能实现方法。实验结果表明:该设计调速性能、精度均较好,满足设计需求。This paper focuses on the design of the closed-loop control system for sensor-less brushless DC motors on drones,which is required to be small,light-weighted,efficient,high-integrated,reliable and of high performance. First,the control theory of sensor-less BLDCM is briefly disserted. Then the driver circuit design based on STM32F103 microcontroller is introduced,including the circuits of detecting back electromotive force,optocoupler isolation,push-pull driver and inverter. Moreover,the functions of closed- loop speed- adjustment control,over- current protection and signal capture are discussed in detail. In the end,results of experiments are given to prove the performance and accuracy of the control system,which meets the demand of the design.
