二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复前牙的观察及临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨临床采用二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复前牙的观察及临床评价。方法纳入我院88例2017年2月至2018年9月前牙修复患者。随机数字表分组,对照组采取常规修复材料治疗,二氧化锆烤瓷牙组则采取二氧化锆烤瓷牙治疗。比较对照组、二氧化锆烤瓷牙组效果;牙体外形、牙体色泽、出血指数、整体美观度、康复时间;治疗前后患者语言功能、咀嚼功能、生活质量;根折和牙龈炎等的发生率。结果二氧化锆烤瓷牙组效果、牙体外形、牙体色泽、出血指数、整体美观度、康复时间、语言功能、咀嚼功能、生活质量相比较对照组更好。二氧化锆烤瓷牙组根折和牙龈炎等的发生率和对照组无明显差异。结论二氧化锆烤瓷牙治疗前牙修复的效果理想。Objective:To study the clinical observation of front teeth using cubic zirconia porcelain teeth to repair and clinical evaluation.Methods:88 patients were included in our hospital between 2017.2 to 2018.9 patients with anterior tooth repair. Random number table group, control group treated with conventional repair materials, zirconium oxide porcelain teeth group was treated with cubic zirconia porcelain teeth. Comparing the control group, zirconium oxide porcelain teeth group effect;Tooth shape, tooth colour and lustre, bleeding index and overall aesthetic and recovery time;Before and after the treatment of patients with language function, chewing function, quality of life;The incidence of root breaking and gingivitis etc.Results:The effect of cubic zirconia porcelain teeth group, tooth shape, tooth color, bleeding index, the overall aesthetic, recovery time, language features, chewing function and better quality of life compared with the control group.Zirconium dioxide porcelain teeth root group the incidence of folding and gingivitis and the control group no significant difference.Conclusion:Cubic zirconia porcelain teeth effect is ideal for the treatment of anterior teeth restoration.
