多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥对晚期胃癌效果分析

摘　　要：研究多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥一线对晚期胃癌的效果及安全性。采用"电脑随机法"将40例晚期胃癌患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组实施多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥一线治疗;对照组实施奥沙利铂治疗。分析两组治疗效果、生活质量评分、疾病进展时间和生存时间、免疫功能指标、不良反应、炎性指标,结果显示,观察组各项指标均优于对照组,P<0. 05,说明多西他赛联合奥沙利铂和替吉奥一线对晚期胃癌的效果显著,同时具有较高安全性。The efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegiol in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer were studied.40 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups by “computer random method”.The observation group received first-line treatment of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegio , and the control group received oxaliplatin.The therapeutic effect, quality of life score and disease progression time of the two groups were analyzed.And survival time, immune function index, adverse reactions.The indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group ( P <0.05).Docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and tegiol is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
