摘  要:教学区是全体师生最重要的教学和学习场所,教学区楼宇员工的服务更是为师生活动的顺利进行起到保驾护航的作用。可见,楼宇员工的服务有着举足轻重的作用,而河北省A高校物业楼宇员工在工作过程中表现出服务质量不高的问题,同时楼宇员工还存在着文化素质较低的现象以及当一天和尚撞一天钟的工作状态问题,导致此现象产生的原因是多方面的,基于工作分析河北省A高校楼宇员工招聘流程中存在的问题,并提出一些完善招聘流程的建议。Teaching area is the most important teaching and learning place for all teachers and students,and the service of building staff in teaching area plays an escorting role for the smooth progress of teachers' life.It can be seen that the service of building staff plays an important role.In the course of their work,the staff of a real estate building in a university in Hebei Province show the problem of low service quality.At the same time,the staff of the building still have the phenomenon of low cultural quality and the working condition when a monk strikes a clock one day.There are many reasons for this phenomenon.Based on job analysis,this paper discusses the problems in the recruitment process of property building staff in a university in Hebei Province,and puts forward some countermeasures.
