乳腺癌患者术中分子诊断的应用意义分析与研究

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌患者术中分子诊断的应用意义。方法我院乳腺病中心2013年1月至2015年8月收治乳腺癌患者共66例,前哨淋巴结(SLN)活检标本122枚,采用Genesearch法进行检测,与冰冻和石蜡组织学结果作对照,分析SLN诊断中Genesearch检测的应用意义。结果本组宏转移16枚,微转移2枚,无肿瘤转移104枚。GeneSearch检测阳性18枚,阴性104枚,检测灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率为88.9%、96.2%、80.0%、98.0%、95.1%。结论 Genesearch检测的灵敏度、特异度较高,可作为SLN术中诊断的重要方法。Objective To study the application of molecular diagnosis in breast cancer patients. Methods Our hospital mammary gland disease center in January 2013 to August 2015 were a total of 66 patients with breast cancer, 122, sentinel lymph nodes (SLNS) detected biopsy specimens Genesearch method is used for testing, and frozen and paraffin histologic results contrast, analysis of SLNS diagnosis of detected Genesearch test application significance. GeneSearch test positive for 18, negative 104, detection sensitivity, specific, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, coincidence rate was 88.9%, 88.9%, 80.0%, 98.0%, 95.1%. Conclusion The Genesearch detection sensitivity, specific degree is higher, can be used as important methods for the diagnosis of SLNS intraoperative detected.
