摘　　要：废旧纸张的充分回收和利用有利于产生良好的生态、经济和社会效应.高校废纸主要来源于外卖、快递的包装纸盒,平时作业、实验报告、毕业论文的打印,教辅资料的丢弃以及教师教学过程中和学校办公所产生的废纸.高校师生虽然具有生态意识,但执行力度不够,加上废纸分类不细,回收渠道单一,这些因素都会造成废纸无法充分回收和利用.针对这种现象应采取相应对策,如加强环保思想教育、拓宽回收渠道和对废纸进行分类,推行无纸化办公等方式,让废纸的价值能够得到充分发挥.Full recovery and utilization of waste paper is conducive to good ecological,economic and social effects.Waste paper in university mainly comes from packaging boxes of takeaway and express,printing of homework,experiment report and graduation thesis,the discarding of teaching and assistant materials,and those produced in the process of teachers’ teaching and school office work.Teachers and students in universities have ecological awareness,but the implementation is not enough.Waste paper cannot be fully recycled and utilized coupled with poor classification of waste paper,single recycling channels and so on.It is necessary to strengthen the ideological education of environmental protection,broaden the recycling channels,classify waste paper,and promote paperless office,to give full play of the value of waste paper.
