应用型本科院校财务管理人才建设的调查分析——以河北省为例

摘　　要：从河北省应用型本科院校财务管理人才建设的客观情况出发,从人员的性别构成、引进人才的渠道、年龄结构、职业发展等方面调查了目前存在的主要问题,并分析了问题产生的原因.从应用型本科院校的实际情况出发,从加大人才引进力度、改革用人观念、人才队伍的年轻化、建立科学的培训机制、构建财会人员的职业发展空间等方面提出了具体的解决方案.Starting from the objective situation of financial management personnel construction in applied undergraduate colleges and universities in Hebei Province,this paper investigates the main problems existing at present from the aspects of gender composition of personnel,channels for introducing talents,age structure and career development,and analyses the causes of the problems.According to the actual situation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,specific solutions are put forward from the following aspects: strengthening the introduction of talents,reforming the concept of employing talents,younger talent team,establishing a scientific training mechanism,and constructing the career development space of financial and accounting personnel.
