摘　　要：中式心理咨询的理论基础是阴阳五行及中医学理论。无论阴阳五行还是中医学理论都重视事物之间的关系,了解关系、疏通关系就成了中式心理咨询的一个核心方法。这一方法主要体现在以下几个关系之中:家庭关系、亲朋关系、工作关系、学习关系和理想与现实的关系之中。在不同的关系之中,作不同的调查了解,施以不同的方法,最终达到关系通畅顺达,心理的压力性减低,支持性增强。The theoretical basis of Chinese psychological consultation is Yin Yang and Five Elements and Chinese medicine theory.Both Yin-Yang and Five Elements theory and traditional Chinese medicine theory attach importance to the relationship between things.Understanding the relationship and dredging the relationship has become a core method of Chinese psychological counseling.This method is mainly embodied in the following relationships: family relations,relatives and friends,work relations,learning relations and the relationship between ideal and reality.In different relationships,make different surveys and understand,apply different methods,and ultimately achieve smooth and smooth relations,reduce psychological stress,and enhance support.
