政治关联对上市公司环境信息披露的影响研究

摘　　要：环境污染事件的频繁出现,引发了政府对环境问题的高度关注和对企业环境信息披露及其监管的重视。该文从企业控股权性质出发,结合合法性理论和企业社会责任观,重点考察政治关联对企业环境信息披露的影响效果。以540家重污染行业的上市公司为研究样本,通过实证分析,发现民营企业可以通过增加政治关联度来提高环境信息披露水平,而对国有企业,政治关联的作用不显著;国有企业的环境信息披露质量好于民营企业,但在一定程度上,这种差距会变化不太显著。The frequent occurrences of environmental pollutionhave aroused the government's much attention to the environmental issues and have made the government attach much importance to the disclosure and supervision of enterprises' environmental information.Starting from the nature of enterprise controlling right,applying the legitimacy theory and the concept of corporate social responsibility,this paper focuses on the impact of political connections uponthe disclosure of enterprises' environmental information.Taking 540 listed companies in heavy polluting industries as the research samples,an empirical analysis is made and the result shows that private enterprises can improve the level of environmental information disclosure by increasing the degree of political connection,while the role of political connection is not significant for state-owned enterprises.The result also shows that the quality of environmental information disclosure of state-owned enterprises is better than that of private enterprises,butthis gap is not so big to a certain extent.
