摘  要:目的:观察阿戈美拉汀联合右佐匹克隆治疗卒中相关睡眠障碍(SSD)的临床效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2016年12月保定市第一中心医院收治的脑卒中患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予右佐匹克隆片3 mg,每晚睡前口服;观察组给予阿戈美拉汀片25 mg+右佐匹克隆片3 mg,每晚睡前口服。2组患者于治疗前、治疗2周及4周后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评定睡眠质量,改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表(MESSS)评价神经功能恢复情况,并观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果:治疗前2组PSQI评分、MESSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),治疗2周、4周后观察组PSQI评分、MESSS较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),无明显不良反应。结论:阿戈美拉汀联合应用右佐匹克隆能够快速有效改善患者失眠状态,促进神经功能的康复,具有良好的安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Agomelatine combined with Eszopiclone Tablets in the treatment of stroke-related sleep.Methods:A total of 96patients were given the basic therapy for stroke-related sleep.In addition,these patients were orally treated with Eszopiclone alone(control group,n =48)or in combination with Agomelatine(observation group,n =48).Sleep disorder and neurologic impairment were respectively evaluated using PSQI and MESSS before and 2,4weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:PSQI and MESSS for two groups before treatment were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).the improvement in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group 2,4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The teatment with Agomelatine combined with Eszopiclone can effective relieve post-stroke sleep disorder and neurologic impairment,and this sheme is a computationally secure.
