摘 要:目的探究与分析儿童中心的游戏治疗法对语言迟缓患儿的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年6月经我院儿童中心收治的64例语言迟缓患儿作为本次研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,在取得其家属或法定监护人的同意后,对其实施游戏治疗方法。观察患儿治疗前后语言发育商评分、各理解力及语言表达阶段的例数、盖塞尔发育诊断量表(Gesell量表)各项目评分及言语功能评分。结果治疗后患儿大动作、精细动作、语言、社会行为、适应性、口头表达、复述、抄写、听、出声读、计算等评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后患儿语言发育商评分(63±3)分明显高于治疗前(56±4),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。64例患儿治疗前理解与语言表达能力均处于3-2阶段,经过治疗后,患儿理解能力改善至4-1阶段25例、4-2阶段33例、5-1阶段4例、5-2阶段2例;患儿语言表达能力改善至4-1阶段31例、4-2阶段28例、5-1阶段5例。结论采用游戏治疗法可有效改善语言迟缓患儿的临床症状,提高其语言发育商,应用效果显著。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of game therapy in children′s center on language development delay. Methods Sixty-four children with language development delay who admitted to the children′s center of our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects, the clinical data of the children were collected for retrospective analysis. After obtaining the consent of their family members or legal guardians, the game therapy method was implemented. The language development quotient scores, the number of children with comprehension and language expression in different stages, the scores of Gesell scale items and the speech function scores were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of big movements, fine movements, language, social behavior, adaptability, verbal expression, retelling, copying, listening, reading and calculation were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). The language development quotient score (63±3) after treatment was significantly higher than that (56±4) before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The understanding ability and language expression ability of the 64 children were in the 3-2 stage before treatment. After treatment, the understanding ability of the 25 children improved to 4-1 stage, 33 cases in 4-2 stage, 4 cases in 5-1 stage, and 2 cases in 5-2 stage;the language expression ability of 31 children improved to 4-1 stage, 28 cases in 4-2 stage, and 5 cases in 5-1 stage. Conclusion The application of game therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with language development delay, improve the language development quotient, and the application effect is remarkable.
