摘  要:群体感应(QS)是细菌基于细胞密度变化而进行特定通讯的方式。QS细菌能产生并分泌1种称为自体诱导物(AI)的信号分子。细菌AI分子的分泌随着细菌细胞密度的升高而增加,从而调控基于细菌密度的基因表达。沙门氏菌是重要的人畜共患病病原菌,能利用3种细胞间信号传导机制收集环境信息和调控基因表达。本文中,笔者综述沙门氏菌三类QS系统研究现状,包括QS系统的构成及功能(尤其是致病性功能)探索,以期深入研究沙门氏菌QS相关致病机制并对沙门氏菌感染进行靶向有效防治。Quorum sensing (QS) is a way that bacteria carry out specific communication according to cell density.A bacterial cell that possesses QS systems can produce and secrete a signaling molecule called auto-inducer (AI).As the density of the bacterial population increases,so does the concentration of secreted auto-inducer molecules,thereby allowing bacterial species to mediate gene expression based on cell density. Salmonella is an important zoonotic pathogen that uses three intercellular signaling mechanisms to collect environmental information and to coordinate gene expression.This review emphasizes the research status of three QS systems in Salmonella ,including constructions and function explorations (especially pathogenicity) of these QS systems,to study the pathogenesis of Salmonella QS systems and conduct effective targeted therapies against Salmonella infection.
