摘  要:目的探讨长期小剂量电离辐射作用于人体对其外周血淋巴细胞微核、染色体畸变及白细胞的影响情况。方法将2018年1月~2018年12月期间来院健康体检的1 743例放射工作人员、1 000例正常人群作为研究对象,根据工作性质不同分为对照组(正常工作人员)和观察组(放射工作人员)。对比每个组别的双加环畸变率、微核率及白细胞异常率等指标。结果对比分析后,观察组的双加环畸变率、微核率、细胞率及白细胞的异常率均显著高于对照组的相关指标;对比分析后,工龄年限越长,观察组的工作人员双加环畸变率、微核率、细胞率及白细胞的异常率有升高趋势,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论长期小剂量的电离辐射,对相关工作人员的外周血淋巴细胞微核、染色体畸变、白细胞的异常情况均有损伤趋势。Objective To investigate the effects of long-term low-dose ionizing radiation on micronuclei,chromosome aberrations and white blood cells in human peripheral blood lymphocytes.Methods 1 743 radiation workers and 1 000 normal people who came to our hospital for health check-up from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group(normal staff) and observation group(radiation workers) according to the nature of their work.The aberration rate,micronucleus rate and leucocyte abnormality rate of each group were compared.Results After comparative analysis,the aberration rate, micronucleus rate,cell rate and the abnormal rate of white blood cells in the observation group(radiological group) were significantly higher than those in the control group;after comparative analysis,the longer the service life,the higher the aberration rate,micronucleus rate,cell rate and the abnormal rate of white blood cells in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For long-term low dose ionizing radiation,the micronucleus,chromosome aberration and leukocyte abnormality of peripheral blood lymphocyte of relevant workers are all damaged.
