摘 要:研究了汽车整车供应链的网络结构,在汽车制造企业有限的生产能力下,针对来自区域分销中心和经销商的需求,分别构建了允许缺货和不允许缺货的库存模型。同时考虑了中转和直送模式这两种物流模式,建立了整车供应链的二级库存定位模型。通过案例分析,用改进的模拟退火算法对模型进行求解,证明了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。并通过敏感性分析,分析了随机提前期均值和标准差的变化对整车供应链成本和库存定位决策的影响。This paper studies the network structure of the automobile supply chain, and assuming the production capacity of the automobile manufacturing enterprises is limited and aiming at the demand from regional distribution centers and dealers, establishes two inventory models which respectively allow and disallows shortage. At the same time, considering the two logistics modes of transit and direct delivery, a two- level inventory positioning model for the entire vehicle supply chain is established. Through a case analysis, it uses the improved simulated annealing algorithm to solve the model to prove the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm. At the end, through sensitivity analysis, it analyzes the influence of the change of the mean and standard deviation of the stochastic lead time on the cost and inventory positioning decision of the automobile supply chain.
