摘 要:本文对压砖机的沙砖模之磨损机理进行探索。针对沙砖模的磨料磨损问题指出了通过复合方法提高沙砖模工作面硬度的途径,提出了复合高硬合金沙砖模制造方法;介绍复合高硬合金沙砖模了高硬质合金基体成分及复合工艺,并对复合材料了试样界面观察和硬度检测。试验表明,两种材料垂面为冶金结合。该复合高硬合金沙砖模的使用寿命是普通淬火钢的3倍。Abrasion mechanism of sand brick mold used for the brick molding press is explored. Against the problems of grinding abrasion, means of increasing the hardness of sand brick mold working surface by composition and manufacturing method of composition high hardness alloy sand brick mold are showed. High hardness alloy basal body components and compositing process are introduced. The sample interface is observed, and hardness is detected. It was showed that the interface of two materials is metallurgical bonding and the life time of the composition high hardness alloy sand brick mold is 3 times of that of common chilled steel.
