摘　　要：健脾益气法是中医治疗肝癌重要治法之一。该文通过对近年来健脾益气法治疗原发性肝癌的研究进展进行综述,分析其理论依据、临床研究以及实验研究,总结健脾益气法防治肝癌的优势。并指出进一步研究应注意规范的大样本临床研究,及应用现代生物技术进行更深层次研究以为健脾益气法裨益于临床扩宽道路。Strengthening spleen and nourishing Qi method is one of the important methods in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in Chinese medicine. Through reviewing the recent literatures and summarizing the research progress of prevention and treatment on hepatocellular carcinoma by strengthening spleen and nourishing Qi method in recent years,this article analyzes its theoretical basis,clinical research and experimental research,and then summarizes the advantages of strengthening spleen and nourishing Qi method to prevent and cure liver cancer. In additon,for further studies more standardized large sample clinical researches,and application of more modern biotechnologies in fundamental researches are needed,so as to promote the usage of this method in clinic.
