电针联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑卒中合并下肢深静脉血栓患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针联合低分子肝素钙治疗脑卒中合并下肢深静脉血栓患者的疗效。方法:选取选取2017年1月—2018年5月期间我院收治的126例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组:其中观察组63例(电针+低分子肝素),对照组63例(低分子肝素),比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、D-二聚体水平及日常生活能力(ADL)评分变化,评价两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS、D-二聚体及ADL的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为98.41%(62/63),对照组为96.83%(61/63),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合低分子肝素治疗脑卒中合并下肢深静脉血栓具有良好的疗效。Objective:To study the effect electroacupuncture combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of stroke combined with lower limb deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT). Methods:From January2017 to May 2018,126 patients were chosen as study objects,all of them were divided into two groups:63 patients in study group(electroacupuncture + low molecular heparin) and 63 patients in control group(low molecular heparin). The visual analogue score(VAS),D-dimer and ADL were compared between two groups. The effect rate was also compared. Results:The VAS,D-dimer and ADL demonstrated significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The effective rate in study group was 98.41%(62/63),that in control group was 96.83%(61/63),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with low molecular heparin could increase the effect rate in the treatment of stroke combined with LEDVT.
