摘 要:对曲面重构的方法进行研究,实现单件蜗轮三维模型的快速重构。采用非接触式三维扫描仪获得点云数据,使用逆向工程软件Imageware对点云数据进行预处理和曲面重构,主要讨论曲线重构曲面和点云直接拟合曲面的两种方法,并对两种方法得到的曲面进行拟合精度和光顺性的对比分析,在UG中完成蜗轮三维模型的基准坐标系对齐和后续实体的建模操作。结果显示,曲线重构曲面的方法更能满足蜗轮齿面的精度和光顺性要求。采用这种方法可以快速实现蜗轮三维模型的精准重构,为蜗轮单件、小批量的快速再制造提供了CAD模型。The method of surface reconstruction is studied to realize the rapid reconstruction of the three-dimensional model of single-piece worm gear Point cloud data is obtained by non-contact 3D scanner, and point cloud data is preprocessed and surface reconstructed by using reverse engineering software Imageware. The two methods of curve fitting surface and point cloud directly fitting the surface are mainly discussed, and the fitting precision and smoothness of the surface obtained by the two methods are compared, and the alignment of the reference coordinate system and subsequent solid modeling operations of the worm wheel three-dimensional model is completed in UG. The results show that the method of curve reconstruction surface can better meet the accuracy and smoothness requirements of the worm gear tooth surface. This method can quickly realize the accurate rec on struction of the three-dimensional model of the worm wheel, and a CAD model for the rapid remanufacturing of the worm wheel single piece and small batch is provided.
