摘  要:大型精密仪器设备在高校科研工作中发挥着重要的基础作用,而购置论证工作是大型精密仪器设备采购的基础。以购置X射线应力分析仪设备论证实践为例,研究如何合理、规范、高效地进行大型精密仪器设备的购置论证工作。案例中的申购理由充分体现学科特色;选购的仪器设备满足实际需求并具有良好的前瞻性;从理论比对、数据采集及影响X射线应力仪检测的关键因素等方面进行调研,比较不同厂商产品设计原理、性能、质量和服务;通过实地考察和试验验证寻求满足科研使用要求的产品;同时从安全环保角度出发,分析设备安全等安全环保隐患及应对措施;最后,认真拟定设备主要功能及技术指标,慎重设置星号条款,实现X射线应力分析仪设备的选型和申购。Purchase of large and precise equipment which plays a vital role in scientific research of colleges and universities is based on the purchasing demonstration. The paper takes the X-ray stress analyzer as an example to propose how to complete the purchasing demonstration of these instruments with compliance subject characteristics and efficiency. The reasons for purchase in this case fully reflect the characteristics of the discipline. The equipment purchased meets the actual needs and has good prospects. The principle,performance,quality and service of different products are compared through full investigation from the angles of theoretical comparison,data acquisition method and the key factors affecting the detection of the X-ray stress meter. Through on-the-spot investigation and experimental verification,product can meet the requirements of scientific research. At the same time,from the points of safety and environmental protection,the hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection,such as equipment safety and corresponding measures are analyzed. Finally,the main functions and technical indicators of the equipment are carefully worked out,and the asterisk clause is carefully set to realize the purchase and selection of X-ray stress analyzer equipment.
