摘　　要：医科院校实验室是医学人才培养、生命科学研究、社会服务的基地,具有潜在安全隐患与风险复杂等特点。加强医科院校实验室安全建设,规范安全管理,防范实验室安全事故的发生,保障师生员工人身、财产安全,维护教学、科研活动的正常开展和安全稳定,是高校实验室安全建设与管理的重要课题。通过文献查阅和医科院校实验室安全管理特点,结合我校实验室安全管理实践,论述和分析了加强医科院校实验室安全建设的经验与举措,为医科院校实验室安全管理提供借鉴。The laboratory of medical university is the base of medical talent training,life science research and social service,having the characteristics of potential and complex security risks. Strengthening the construction of laboratory safety in medical colleges and universities, making the standard of safety management specification, preventing laboratory safety accidents,and guaranteeing personal and property safety of staff and students are important subjects for the construction and management of laboratory safety in colleges and universities. By reviewing literature,combing with the characteristics of laboratory safety management in medical colleges,and basing on the laboratory safety management of Southern Medical University,we discuss and analyze the experience and measures to strengthen the construction of laboratory safety in medical universities. These can provide reference for laboratory safety management of medical colleges.
