摘　　要：在医药化功能研发项目当中,为了能够达到预期效果,除了要具备高端的研发技术,还需要做好项目科学管理工作,这样才能够保障医药研发项目工作顺利开展。基于此,首先提出医药化工研发项目管理中的问题与对策,进而提出研发项目中的注意事项。In order to achieve the expected results in the research and development projects of pharmaceutical functions,besides possessing high-end research and development technology,we also need to do a good job in the scientific management of the project,so as to ensure the smooth development of the research and development projects of medicine.Based on this,this paper first puts forward the problems and Countermeasures in the management of pharmaceutical and chemical R&D projects,and then puts forward the matters needing attention in R&D projects.
