摘  要:提出并探讨基于智能制造的企业战略场景的建模概念、方法思想和理论框架,获得以下结论:首先,智能制造的数字孪生系统为企业战略场景建模提供了理论创新与实践校正的大数据平台,是构建企业战略场景模型的基础;其次,基于数字孪生构建的战略场景模型,可以为企业提供一种适当的战略设计来影响战略实践进程;最后,随着基于智能制造的企业战略场景模型的不断优化,企业战略决策模式将从企业家直觉或参照点决策及中层管理团队群决策,逐步过渡到企业家决策、中层管理团队群决策与战略场景模型决策三者相互支撑、优势互补的决策模式。本文在现有情境模拟法和决策场景法的基础上,提出基于智能制造的战略场景模型及其方法思想而形成理论创新,推进了现有企业战略决策分析的研究。This paper proposes and discusses the concepts,methodology and theoretical framework of enterprise strategic scenarios modeling based on intelligent manufacturing.We argue that:Firstly,underlying the enterprise strategic scenario modeling,the digital twin system of intelligent manufacturing constructs a big data platform for theoretical innovation and practice correction;Secondly,the strategic scenario model based on digital twin can provide an appropriate strategic design for the enterprise to influence the strategic practice process;Finally,with the ongoing optimization of the strategy scenario model,the enterprise strategic decision-making pattern will experience a gradual transition from entrepreneurial intuition or reference point decision-making and middle-level management group decision-making to the decision-making mode supported by entrepreneurial decision-making,middle-level management group decision-making and strategic scenario model decision-making.On the basis of"simulation"and"decision scenario"method,we create a strategic scenarios modeling method based on intelligent manufacturing,thus achieving theoretical innovation and promoting the research on strategic decision-making.
