摘  要:目的:分析不同运动模式对大鼠的减肥效果以及脂肪和肝脏组织中烟酰胺N-甲基转移酶(NNMT)表达的影响。方法:根据不同的运动训练模式,将60只DA大鼠随机分为安静对照组、有氧运动组和无氧运动组各20只,在运动前和运动训练6周结束后,对3组大鼠的体重、体长进行测量,并对Lipschitz指数进行计算;运动训练6周结束后,采用Western blot免疫印迹法测定根部和脂肪组织NNMT蛋白的表达。结果:6周运动训练结束后,与安静对照组比较,有氧运动组、无氧运动组大鼠的体重、Lipschitz指数均有明显的降低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6周运动训练结束后,与安静对照组比较,有氧运动组、无氧运动组大鼠脂肪组织的NNMT蛋白表达均明显提高,而肝脏组织中的NNMT蛋白表达均明显降低,其中无氧运动组脂肪组织的NNMT蛋白表达提高程度明显大于有氧运动组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有氧和无氧运动训练对大鼠均能产生明显的减肥效果,并且分别对脂肪和肝脏组织NNMT蛋白表达产生明显的提升和抑制作用,而无氧运动对脂肪组织NNMT蛋白表达的提升程度明显强于有氧运动。Objective: To analyze the effect of different exercise patterns on weight loss and nicotinamide N-methyltransferase(NNMT) expression in fat and liver tissues of rats. Methods: According to different exercise training models, 60 DA rats were randomly divided into three groups: quiet control group, aerobic exercise group and anaerobic exercise group. After 6 weeks of exercise and exercise training, body weight and body length were measured. The Lipschitz index was calculated. After 6 weeks of exercise training, the expression of NNMT protein in roots and adipose tissue was detected by Western blot. Results: Compared with the quiet control group,the body weight and Lipschitz index of the aerobic exercise group and the anaerobic exercise group were significantly decreased after6 weeks of exercise training,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05);Compared with the quiet control group,the expression of NNMT protein in the adipose tissue of the aerobic exercise group and the anaerobic exercise group was significantly increased,while the expression of NNMT protein in the liver tissue was significantly decreased,and the expression of NNMT protein in the adipose tissue was significantly higher than that of aerobic exercise group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Aerobic and anaerobic exercise training can significantly reduce weight loss in rats,they also enhance and inhibit the expression of NNMT protein in adipose tissue and liver tissue respectively,while the effect of anaerobic exercise on the expression of NNMT protein in adipose tissue was significantly stronger than that in aerobic exercise.
