摘  要:目的运用社会网络分析法对以科室为边界的护理团队知识共享网络特征进行分析。方法于2017年10月通过访谈选取某科室护理团队作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷和整体网络调查问卷对其进行调查,整体网络问卷以工作咨询为目标问题,采用UCINET 6.0社会网络分析软件对资料进行处理及社群图绘制。结果该团队知识共享网络规模为25,网络密度为0.252,处于中等水平。整体网络分析结果显示,该团队知识过渡集中于个别护士,尤其是科室管理者;中介性较高护士没有发挥桥梁作用;存在团队边缘人物;知识在团队中流动局限于某些小群体,且过度依赖个别成员,56%的成员游离在外,网络结构不理想。结论该团队网络中的核心人物、关键节点均未充分发挥作用,知识共享网络结构有待提升。通过该实例分析提出了"管理者分权、提高关键人物的提供知识能力、创建稳定知识共享环境"等对策。Objective To analyze the characteristics of a knowledge sharing network in the nursing team among departments by using social network analysis. Methods The nursing team from one department was selected in October 2017, and investigated by the general questionnaire and the network questionnaire about work consultation. The overall online questionnaire aimed at job counseling. UCINET6. 0 social network analysis software was used for processing data and mapping. Results The team's knowledge sharing network scale was 25 , and the network density was 0. 252 , which was at a medium level. The results of the network analysis showed that the knowledge of the team was concentrated in individual nurses, especially the department managers. The higher intermediary nurses did not play the role of the knowledge sharing bridge;there were marginal characters in the team. The flow of knowledge in a team was limited to some small groups and overly dependent on individual members. About 56% of the members were out of the group and the network structure was not ideal. Conclusions The core figures and key nodes in the network have not fully played their roles,and the knowledge sharing network structure of the team needs to be improved. Through the analysis of this case, some counter measures are put forward, such as "decentralization of managers, improvement of key people9 s ability to provide knowledge, and the establishment of stable knowledge sharing environment".
