摘 要:高校是教育立国、科技强国、人才救国的主阵地,高校食堂是满足师生美好生活向往和保障其健康体魄的物质保障,食堂的饭菜质量、花式品种、色香味价、就餐环境等,影响着教学质量和学校品牌形象,并直接决定了师生对食堂的满意程度。我们基于师生对美好生活的向往,采用模糊综合评价方法,构建满意度测评模型。运用经济工具分析影响满意度相关因素,通过提升员工职业素养、创新菜谱增加品种、加强核算降低成本、增加投入更新设备、加强党建改善服务、营造就餐环境氛围等,探索提升满意度的路径。Colleges and universities are the main front for education,science and technology,and talents to save the country.The canteens of colleges and universities are the material guarantee to meet the good life of teachers and students and to protect their health.The quality of food in the canteen,the variety of flowers,the price of flowers and flavors,the dining environment,etc.It affects the quality of teaching and the brand image of the school,and directly determines the satisfaction of teachers and students towards the canteen.Based on the teacher's longing for a better life,we use a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a satisfaction assessment model.Use economic tools to analyze factors affecting satisfaction,and explore ways to improve satisfaction by improving employee professionalism,innovating recipes,increasing varieties,strengthening accounting to reduce costs,increasing investment in upgrading equipment,strengthening party building improvement services,and creating a dining environment.
