摘　　要：以中国热带农业科学院大型仪器设备共享中心实验室平台为研究对象,以解决科研需求为平台建设目标,采用智能化管理手段,加强技术人才队伍和激励机制建设,实现共享实验室平台的高效运行。This study is aimed at the laboratory platform of the large instrument and equipment sharing center of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. With the goal of solving scientific research needs as the platform, intelligent management methods are adopted to strengthen the construction of technical talents and incentive mechanisms, and the efficient operation of the shared laboratory platform is realized.
