The Current Situation of and Countermeasures to Chinese-learning Anxiety of Tibetan Minority Preparatory Students: Taking Nanchang Institute of Science and Technology as an Example

摘  要:以南昌工学院2018级172名西藏籍少数民族预科学生为被试,采取问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,进行汉语学习焦虑研究。结果显示,西藏籍少数民族预科学生汉语学习焦虑总体处于中等偏下程度,且各项得分都在中数以下,并表现出对汉语学习的极大热情,但相比而言,学生的交际畏惧和考试焦虑程度仍然有所偏高。为了有效缓解学生汉语学习焦虑程度,全面提升学生的汉语学习能力和学业成绩,提出选编针对性较强的教材、有序组织开展汉语实训活动、采用针对性较强的汉语教学策略、注重过程考核、多与学生进行情感交流等策略。By means of questionnaires and interviews, 172 Tibetan minority preparatory students (TMPS) of 2018 grade in Nanchang Institute of Science and Technology were investigated on their anxiety about Chinese learning. The results show that the anxiety of TMPS in Chinese learning is generally at a moderate to low level, and all scores are below the median, and show great enthusiasm for Chinese learning. However, the students' communicative fear and test anxiety are still on the high side. In order to effectively alleviate the anxiety in Chinese learning and comprehensively improve their Chinese learning ability and academic performance, some strategies are put forward, such as selecting and compiling targeted textbooks, organizing Chinese practice activities in an orderly manner, adopting targeted Chinese teaching strategies, focusing on formative assessment, and communicating with students more emotionally, etc.
