摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤转移抑制蛋白-1(MTSS1)与性别决定区Y Box2蛋白(SOX2)在结肠癌中的表达及其对术后患者预后的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月秦皇岛市第一医院普外科收治的60例行结肠癌根治术治疗患者作为研究对象;采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中MTSS1与SOX2表达情况,比较其阳性表达率,分析MTSS1及SOX2阳性表达对患者预后质量的影响。结果结肠癌组织中MTSS1及SOX2表达阳性率均低于癌旁组织,且差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9. 799、21.645,P <0. 01);不同肿瘤分化程度、血管侵犯、淋巴结转移患者肿瘤组织中MTSSI及SOX2阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(MTSS1:χ~2=15.276、20.447、11.198,P<0.0];SOX2:χ~2=17.284、16.168、48.534,P <0.01);肿瘤分化程度、血管侵犯与淋巴结转移与MTSS1、SOX2阳性表达显著相关(β=1.745、1.792、1.288、1.981、1.784、1.899,P均<0.05); MTSS1及SOX2阳性表达患者生存率明显高于阴性表达患者,且差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.623,P<0.05)。结论MTSS1及SOX2在结肠癌中阳性表达与患者预后质量密切相关,可用于评估患者预后质量。Objective To investigate the expression of MTSS1 and SOX2 in colon cancer and its effect on the prognosis of postoperative patients. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital, 60 cases underwent radical resection of colon cancer patients as the research object;immunohistochemistry was used to detect the tumor tissue and tumor adjacent tissues MTSS1 and SOX2 expression analysis of MTSS1 and SOX2;the positive expression rate of influence on the prognosis of patients were assessed. Results The positive rate of MTSS1 was lower than that of adjacent tissues and the expression of SOX2 in colon cancer tissue, and the difference is statistical significance(χ^2 =9. 799,χ^2 =21.645, P <0. 01);the different degree of tumor differentiation, vascular invasion, lymph nodes exist significant difference between MTSS1 and SOX2 in tumor tissue of patients with metastasis( MTSS1 :χ^2= 15. 276,χ^2 = 20. 447,χ^2= 11. 98, P < 0. 01;SOX2 :χ^2 =17. 284,χ^2 = 16. 168,χ^2=48. 534,P <0. 01);the degree of tumor differentiation,vascular invasion and metastasis of MTSS1 and SOX2 expression was significantly associated with lymph node(β= 1. 745,β= 1. 792,p = 1. 288,β= 1. 981,β=1.784,β= 1.899, P < 0. 05);MTSSI and SOX2 positive expression patients survival rate were significantly higher than those with negative expression,and the difference was significant(χ^2=6.623, P<0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of MTSS1 and SOX2 in colon cancer is closely related to the quality of the patients’ prognosis, and can be used to evaluate the quality of the patients’ prognosis.
