卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片对帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者精神行为症状、认知障碍及对日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片对帕金森病(PD)合并睡眠障碍患者精神行为症状、认知障碍及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取我院自2017年5月—2018年5月收治的PD合并睡眠障碍患者68例,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片,观察组给予卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片,比较2组治疗效果、帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、Barthel指数(BI)、爱泼沃斯嗜睡(ESS)量表评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),记录治疗过程中不良反应发生率。结果观察组疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后UPDRS、ESS、PSQI评分低于对照组,MMSE、MoCA评分、BI指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对PD合并睡眠障碍患者应用卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片治疗具有较好的治疗效果及较高安全性,可有效改善患者精神行为症状、认知障碍及睡眠障碍,提高日常生活能力。Objective To investigate effects of Carbidopa-levodopa Controlled-release Tablets on psychological and behavioral symptoms, cognitive disorder and activities of daily living in treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) complicated by sleep disorders. Methods A total of 68 patients with PD complicated with sleep disorders admitted during May 2017 and May 2018 were divided into observation group and control group ( n =34 in each group) according to therapeutic methods. Control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets, while observation group was treated with Carbidopa-levodopa Controlled-release Tablets. In two groups, therapeutic effects, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) score, Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score, Barthel index (BI), Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were compared, and incidence rates of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded. Results In observation group, curative effect and the total effective rate were significantly higher ( P <0.05);after treatment, scores of UPDRS, ESS and PSQI were significantly lower, while scores of MMSE, MoCA and BI were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). Incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Carbidopa-levodopa controlled-release tablets may achieve good curative effect and safety in treatment of patients with PD complicated by sleep disorders. It may effectively improve psychological and behavioral symptoms, cognitive disorder, sleep disorders and activities of daily living of patients.
