安徽高职院校“双创”师资建设存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：“双创”即“大众创业、万众创新”。本文调查安徽高职院校,分析“双创”师资建设主要存在如下问题:重形式、轻实效;重短期,轻长期;重校内,轻校外。基于此本文提出高职院校“双创”师资队伍建设对策:重形式更要重实效、长期和短期培训并存、校内外师资同等重要。"Double-creation"means"popular entrepreneurship and innovation."This paper investigates Anhui vocational colleges and analyzes the problems of the“double-creation”teachers’construction mainly due to the following problems:emphasis on forms and light effects;emphasis on short-term,light long-term;emphasis on internal and external light.Based on this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of the“double-creation”faculty in higher vocational colleges:emphasis on practicality,long-term and short-term training co-existence,and the importance of teachers in and out of the school.
