两种定位膜在肺癌患者放射治疗中的精确度

摘　　要：目的比较颈胸部定位膜固定与体部定位膜固定在肺癌患者放射治疗中的精确度。方法选取2018年3-7月行Tomotherapy治疗的肺癌患者16例,其中颈胸部定位膜固定8例,归入试验组,体部定位膜固定8例,归入对照组。经MVCT扫描,影像配准,采集自动配准误差值,每例随机抽取13组,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果两组X、Y方向自动配准误差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Z方向自动配准误差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在肺癌患者放射治疗体位固定中,颈胸部定位膜固定较体部定位膜固定准确,其使用可以提高放射治疗的精确度。Objective To compare the accuracy of neck and chest thermoplastic film fixation and boby the rmoplastic film fixation in radiotherapy of lung cancer.Methods Sixteen lung cancer patients treated by Tomotherapy from March to July 2018 were selected,among them,experimental group including 8 patients received neck and chest thermoplastic film fixation,and control group including 8 patients received body thermoplastic film fixation.Through MVCT scanning,image registration,the error value of automatic registration was collected,thirteen groups were randomly selected from each patient,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results The automatic registration error of experimental group was significantly different from that of control group in X and Y directions(P<0.05),and the difference in automatic registration error value was not statistically significant in the Z direction(P>0.05).Conclusion In the fixed position of radiotherapy for lung cancer,neck and chest thermoplastic film fixation is more accurate than boby thermoplastic film fixation,and its use can improve the accuracy of radiotherapy.
