摘　　要：采用三层的B/S结构设计了一个医疗器械不良事件监测预警系统,本系统以ASP.NET构建平台,使用JavaScript语言进行Web应用开发,用SQL Server2005建立数据库。系统可对不良事件进行自动识别、审查评估,并根据审查结果进行伤害处置及干预预警。系统通过对伤害特征的收集形成智库,对减少或避免同类医疗器械不良事件的重复发生,以及发现和监测新的不良事件具有重要的意义。A three-layer B/S structure was used to design a medical device adverse event monitoring and warning system,Using ASP.NET to build the platform, using JavaScript language for Web application development, using SQL Server2005 to establish the system database. The system can automatically identify, review and evaluate adverse events, and conduct injury treatment and intervention early warning according to the review results. Through the collection of injury characteristics, the system forms a think tank, which is of great significance for reducing or avoiding the recurrence of similar adverse events of medical devices and discovering and monitoring new adverse events.
