摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展完善,社会对诚信体系的需求越来越凸显。为此,我国提出"以完善信贷、纳税、合同履约、产品质量的信用记录为重点,加快建设社会信用体系,健全失信惩戒制度"的要求。辽宁省企业质量信用档案数据库的建设就是为了收集企业关于质量信用的各方面信息,从而更好的完成质量信用体系建设的要求。With the continuous development and improvement of Chinese economy. The society's demand for honesty and credit system is becoming more and more promine nt, therefor, the requirement of our country that we should speed up the construction of social credit system and improve the punishment system for dishonesty with emphasis on improving credit, tax payment, contract performance and product quality credit records. The construction of Liaoning Province enterprise quality credit archives database is to collect all aspects of enterprise information about quality credit, so as to better complete the requirements of quality credit system construction.
