摘　　要：视神经视网膜疾病是严重的致盲性疾病,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。随着对人脐带间质干细胞(human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells,hUCMSCs)的深入研究,以其作为种子细胞移植入视网膜并诱导其分化为目标细胞、补充缺失的视网膜神经元、重建视网膜功能的细胞替代治疗,为视神经视网膜疾病开辟了一条新的治疗途径。The optic nerve retinal disease is a serious cause of blind, there is no effective treatment method.With deepening research of the human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs), MSCs as seed cells in cell replacement therapy are transplanted into the retina and induced the differentiation of target cells, supplemented retinal neurons exhausted, reconstruction of retinal function.The therapy for optic nerve diseases of the retina has opened up a new effective treatment approach.
