摘 要:通过分析松茸多糖对足球运动员有氧性运动后机体中血清尿素(BU)含量、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化,研究松茸多糖对足球运动员有氧性运动疲劳恢复的作用。结果表明,松茸多糖抑制且修复运动员运动后的骨骼肌损伤,且可以清除氧自由基增强运动员机体内抗氧化酶的活力,从而进一步提高机体的抗氧化能力,加速清除剧烈有氧性运动产生的自由基,促进机体疲劳的恢复。The content of serum urea (BU) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the body of football players after aerobic exercise were analyzed.The changes of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activities in serum creatine kinase (CK),were studied to study the effect of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides on the recovery of aerobic exercise fatigue of football players.The results showed that Matsutake polysaccharides inhibited and repaired skeletal muscle injury after exercise,and scavenged oxygen free radicals and enhanced the activity of antioxidant enzymes in athletes,thus further improving the antioxidant capacity of the body and speeding up the removal of acute aerobic activity.The free radicals produced by sexual exercise promote the recovery of body fatigue.
