摘 要:核算了2006—2016年杭州市城镇污水处理厂污染物去除量和温室气体排放量,并对两者协同控制提出了建议。结果表明,2006—2016年,杭州市城镇污水处理厂COD年去除量和TN年去除量总体呈上升趋势,2016年COD年去除量和TN年去除量分别为349 168.73、20 715.10t,比2006年分别增长了28.8%、90.8%。2016年城镇污水处理厂温室气体年排放总量为614 231.47t(以CO_2当量计),主要来自去除COD产生的CH_4和消耗电力产生的CO_2,主要影响因素是COD年去除量和年耗电量。建议杭州市城镇污水处理厂开展废水处理CH_4回收示范工程,开展污泥厌氧消化CH_4收集利用、选择合适的低碳水处理技术等污染物去除与温室气体排放的协同控制措施。The pollutants removal amounts and greenhouse gases emissions in Hangzhou municipal wastewater treatment plants from 2006 to 2016 were estimated.Co-control suggestions were proposed.Results showed a general upward trend in COD annual removal amount and TN annual removal amount.The COD annual removal amount and TN annual removal amount were 349 168.73 and 20 715.10 t respectively in 2016,increased by 28.8% and 90.8% respectively compared with 2006.In 2016,the total greenhouse gases annual emission of municipal wastewater treatment plants in Hangzhou was 614 231.47 t(measured by CO2).The main type of greenhouse gas was CH4 produced by COD reduction and CO2 produced by electricity power consumption,which were mostly affected by COD annual removal amount and annual electricity consumption.It was recommended that municipal wastewater treatment plant in Hangzhou should recover CH4 in wastewater treatment process and sludge anaerobic digestion process,and choose low carbon-consuption water treatment technology so as to co-control pollutants and greenhouse gases.
