高校大学生阅读推广人培育探究

摘　　要：介绍高校大学生阅读推广人的定义和基本条件,针对当前高校阅读推广工作存在的问题,从高校教师阅读推广人和大学生自身两个层面分析大学生担任阅读推广人的可行性,认为大学生承担高校阅读推广人具有巨大的优势和潜力。从设立阅读推广部门、成立大学生阅读推广社团、设立阅读推广工作专项经费及健全制度、制定培养计划等方面提出培育大学生阅读推广人的具体措施及方法。This paper introduces the definition and basic conditions of college students’reading promoters,and in view of the problems existing in the current work of reading promotion in colleges and universities,analyses the feasibility of college students’taking on the role of reading promoters from the perspectives of college teachers’reading promoters and college students themselves.It holds that college students’taking on the role of college students’reading promoters has tremendous advantages and potentials,from the establishment of reading promotion departments to the establishment of college students.The specific measures and methods of cultivating college students’reading promoters are put forward in the aspects of reading promotion associations,setting up special funds for reading promotion,perfecting the system and formulating training plans.
