摘　　要：利用热力学熵理论及耗散结构理论揭示了组织管理的本质,分析多功能开放型企业供需网系统的耗散结构特征,建立供需网系统的熵流模型,给出多功能开放型企业供需网管理绩效的熵评价方法。该方法不仅能够对企业的绩效进行诊断,而且能够对企业的绩效进行预测,有效地克服了传统绩效评价方法对未来预警不足的问题。Using the thermodynamic entropy theory and dissipative structure theory,this paper reveals the essence of organization management.Then it Analyzes the characteristics of dissipative structure of supply and demand network with multi-functional and opening characteristics for enterprise,establishes the entropy model of the SDN system,and obtains the evaluation method.The method has the function of diagnosis and warning,and can predict the trend of system performance,and overcome shortcomings of traditional methods.
