摘　　要：目的探讨化疗前外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)与晚期非小细胞肺癌一线化疗疗效的关系。方法随机选取芜湖市第二人民医院呼吸科2013年06月-2016年09月收治的58例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,以NLR的中位数3.84为界分为高NLR组和低NLR组,对比不同组患者的临床特征和疗效。结果高NLR组和低NLR组患者在年龄、性别、吸烟史、临床分期、病理类型和治疗方案差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低NLR组治疗效果显著优于高NLR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗前外周血NLR与接受一线化疗方案的晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效密切相关,外周血NLR可能是预测晚期非小细胞肺癌一线化疗疗效重要的因素。Objective To investigate the predictive value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)before chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with first line chemotherapy.Methods 58 advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were enrolled in our study randomly from July 1,2013 to September 1,2016 in the respiratory department of the Second People's Hospital of Wuhu city.NLR was calculated from complete blood counts in laboratory test before chemotherapy.The patients were divided into two groups according to the NLR:the low NLR group(≤3.84)and the high NLR group(>3.84).The clinical characteristics and treatment effects of patients between the two groups were compared.Results Age,sex,smoking history,stage,histology and chemotherapy were observed and analyzed between the two groups,and no statistical significance was found between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment effect of the low NLR group was significantly better than that of the high NLR group(P<0.05).Conclusion NLR before chemotherapy is closely related to the efficacy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving first-line chemotherapy and may be an important factor in predicting the efficacy of chemotherapy.
