摘　　要：为分析JCI-CCPC团队合作对急性心肌梗死患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响,选取黄石市中心医院心血管内科2016年1月—6月收治的急性心肌梗死(AMI)病例58例,其中28例为对照组,30例为研究组。2组患者均按常规采取药物治疗和PCI术治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上采取JCI-CCPC标准下团队合作参与患者治疗,3个月后对比分析2组患者降脂药物治疗的依从性、低脂饮食遵从率、LDL-C变化情况。结果:研究组患者降脂药物治疗的依从率、低脂饮食遵从率分别为93. 3%,80%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组LDL-C水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。JCI-CCPC团队合作能提高急性心肌梗死患者对降脂药物治疗的依从性及对饮食医嘱的遵从性,从而有效降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。To analyze the effect of JCI-CCPC team cooperation on low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in patients with acute myocardial infarction,28 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)admitted to the Department of Cardiology from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as the control group and 30 as the study group.The two groups of patients were routinely treated with drugs,PCI,etc.On the basis of routine treatment,the study team adopted the JCI-CCPC standard teamwork.After 3 months,the compliance of the two groups of patients with lipid-lowering drugs,low-fat diet compliance rate,and the change of LDL-C were compared.Compliance rate of lipid-lowering drug therapy and low-fat diet compliance rate of the patients in the study group were 93.3% and 80% ,respectively,which were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LDL-C levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment.The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group showed a significant decrease compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JCI-CCPC team can improve the compliance of patients with acute myocardial infarction with lipid-lowering drugs and compliance with dietary orders,thus effectively reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
