康复新液联合美洲大蠊研末防治放射性口腔黏膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合美洲大蠊研末在头颈部肿瘤放射性口腔黏膜炎中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我科收治的85例头颈部肿瘤患者,随机分为试验组(43例)和对照组(42例)。试验组放疗时使用康复新液联合美洲大蠊研末,对照组单用康复新液。比较两组放疗期间发生放射性口腔黏膜炎的严重程度。结果放疗第3周,试验组发生的放射性口腔黏膜炎多为1级,对照组多为2级,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗第7周,试验组放射性口腔黏膜炎主要为1、2级,对照组主要为2级,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合美洲大蠊研末用于防治放射性口腔黏膜炎效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Periplaneta americana Linnaeu in the treatment of radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors patients.Methods Totally 85 patients with head and neck cancer received radiotherapy from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=43)and control group(n=42)randomly.Patients in experimental group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid combined with Periplaneta americana Linnaeus during radiotherapy,and those in control group were treated only with Kangfuxin liquid.The severity of radioactive oral mucositis during radiotherapy was compared between the two groups.Results At the 3rd week of radiotherapy,the severity degrec of majority of radioactive oral mucositis in experimental group was grade 1,while that in control group was grade 2(P<0.05).The severity degree of radioactive oral mucositis in experimental group was mainly grade 1 and grade 2 at the 7th week of radiotherapy,while that in control group was mainly grade 2.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with Periplaneta americana Linnaeu has remarkable effect in preventing and treating radioactive oral mucositis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
